I only drink warm water and this bottle keeps my water warm all day long. I like the ceramics inside, feels like a high-quality product I got. Anyway this bottle gave me an amazing drinking experience.

Not a thermos and not leak proof. Heavy and useless. The package was open when I received it with a very strange and fishy note thanking me for the purchase! I used it the first day and not only did my coffee arrive cold to the office, it also spilled over in my purse and stained it. I used it the second time to give it another chance cause I really wanted it to work. But it only confirmed the aforementioned. Very disappointed!

Read the description of this item. I didn't. The picture distorts the actual size of it. It's no bigger than a baby bottle. It looks like it would be a nice cup had it been a reasonable size.

I have a love hate relationship with this thermos.The Love:- the tea tastes more nuanced and fresher than stainless steel, but not convinced it isn't at least mixed with plastic.- I like the size. It fits easily into just about any purse or bag, and drinking more than 12 oz of tea at a time just isn't for me.The Hate:- the "bamboo" doesn't seem real. I can't be 100% sure, but it looks like a digitized image of bamboo printed on something. Even if it *is* bamboo, it's been treated and now doesn't look real.- seriously does not keep the heat in. Maybe the ceramic absorbs heat more quickly. But I feel that the minute I pour the just boiled water through the strainer and into the thermos, the heat is already going. After 10 minutes or so, it's really just warm and not hot. 20 minutes later and it's lukewarm.Not sure what I'll do as the ceramic lining makes for a much better taste. Feeling conflicted!

not bad for the price

Love love love my bamboo thermos! The inside is made out of a clay material which is much better than plastic and the bamboo aesthetic for the exterior is the perfect style for me. Feels good to support an environmentally friendly business with a wonderful and well made product. The customer service is excellent and I would definitely be interested in purchasing future products to come.

The faq days 12 oz. I measured it, it barely holds 8. It's absolutely tiny. Pointless as a travel thermos when I can take my coffee cup with me.

Great thermos. The quality is beyond my expectation. Size could be more bigger but overall it is amazing. Love the outlooking of the package too!!
