Great Full Body Workout DVD
I am a fan of Rosemary Conley DVD's and own a few. My favourite has always been the Ultimate Whole Body Workout but I have to say that this is just as good. I am a 62 yr old relatively fit lady. This DVD isn't a hardcore workout if that is what you are looking for but it certainly covers all areas, consisting of; 7 min Warm Up, 23 min Aerobic, 10 min Whole Body Toning (standing), 10 min Whole Body Toning (floor), 5 min Express Hip & Thigh Tone Up, 4 min Express Abs Workout then 4 min Cool Down & Stretch - so you have to have a decent level of fitness I would think but it all depends how much effort you put into it and whether you want to do the whole DVD or just individual segments.

One of the best
I have several Rosemary Conley exercise dvds and swear by them. They really do work. This particular dvd is one of my favourites, especially for the toning of the arms. Do this dvd regularly and you will notice a huge difference quite quickly. The aerobic exercises can be done at different levels to suit your level of fitness. Rosemary's instructions are always clear, so the routines are easy to pick up. Highly recommended.Dec 2013, nearly one year on and I still do my "Rosemary" once or twice a week. It takes 45 minutes, doesn't cost me anything (e.g. for exercise classes or gym fees), I can do my exercises when I want and in my home. I suggest setting a specific day and time, putting this on your calendar just as you would for any exercise class, and it will become a habit that you stick to. I still walk every day, but these dvds add another dimension to help stop the wobbly bits. Great for self-esteem and confidence. I am 61 and people think I'm 10 years younger. Long may it last!

Very enjoyable
I have always been a fan of Rosemary Conley and have been working out to her Video's/DVD's for 20 years. The workouts are easy to follow, you can choose a workout to suit your lifestyle by deciding how long you work out for. The only reason I haven't given it 5 stars is because the majority of the moves are the same as past DVD's, having said that I still enjoy doing it. It does suit all fitness levels because you choose how hard you work out, although I would say it is ideal for those very new to exercise. I usually do a 34 minute work out, which consists of 7 minutes warm-up, 23 minutes Aerobic fat burning section, then 4 minute cool down and stretch. The other options are 10 minutes of whole body toning - standing, 10 minutes of whole body toning - floor/lying, 5 minute express hip and thigh tone up and 4 minute express abs workout. With these great options you have no excuse by saying you haven't got time to exercise! The good thing about Rosemary Conley DVD's are that there a real people with real success stories working out with Rosemary, which really inspires you to exercise. Rosemary herself is down to earth and has good cueing when leading you through the exercises. Overall this is a very good DVD and very enjoyable to do. Love it!!
Great aerobics workout. Its a really traditional workout. I already have the Ultimate workout and wanted to try something different. I love Rosemary Conleys workouts and was not disappointed. It is more energetic than the ultimate workout, but you can work at the pace that suits you. what I like it that the dvd is in sections, so you don't have to do all the dvd, just the sections you want eg thigh toning, abs toning, general toning, etc.. I really enjoyed the fat burning section - good simple moves, which were easy to follow and the arms and legs co ordinate with each other which is good for me as I have no rhythm! Steps songs feature very heavily in this section - pure cheesey music but I loved it, sang along all the way through! This dvd isn't for the experienced, but beginners and people just wanting an enjoyable workout I would recommend.

Workout DVD
I made a mistake with my purchase and thought there was 3 DVDs in this box but there was only 1 so it was really over priced for a workout DVD also she's not easy to follow. I bought for my 70 year old mother and I'm not sure she'll follow it tho she used to. Was new in undamaged packaging tho

Fabulous
I found this video really easy to work into my routine, the music is well-known, catchy and enjoyable (not modern, but modern doesn't mean better) and Rosemary has a way of encouraging you throughout as if she knows what you are thinking! It doesn't get boring and you can just do the bits you have time for in your day. I do the 30 minute workout first thing in the morning before work and it's great to know you've done your bit for the day already.I've done a Rosemary video in the past, and found this one much easier to follow - perhaps it's the way the DVD can split it into manageable pieces?Obviously music is subjective, but overall I think it's an excellent DVD and would recommend it to anyone - I'm actually on here now to buy it for my mum. Thanks Rosemary!

Fun way to get fit
As I am a member of a Rosemary Conley Diet and Fitness class I really enjoy the aerobics part of the weekly meeting. I wanted to do more exercise without joining a gym and this was this best way of doing this. The dvd has various workouts targeting different body areas and you can choose which you do. All the people taking part on the dvd are RC members who have lost weight and inches following RC healthy eating plans. The great thing about the dvd is that you don't need alot of space at home to do all the workouts neither do you need any special equipment. The music is great and in each workout there are different levels to follow from beginner to advanced.

Flexible, Fun Exercise Routines
As someone in their 40's keen to keep fit and stay healthy, I love the Rosemary Conley exercise DVDs as a general rule. This newest one lives up to expectations and comprises different types of routines i.e. warm ups, aerobics, stretch etc and they vary in duration so if I'm in a hurry before work I can do a 10 minute routine and in the evenings I can run through them all for a really good workout. The music is fun and upbeat and I always find the actual exercises easier to follow than some other DVDs that I have.
