Bidet Toilet Seat Heated Toilet Seat with Auto Flush and Open/Close Lid Cover Sensor for Bathroom

Shipped quickly and the substantial protection made sure it arrived without a scratch. This integrated toilet is just as nice as my Toto Neorest 500 that I have had since 2010. I installed the Toto in the downstairs bathroom, to impress the guests and without a doubt, the integrated tankless design with the auto open/close lid and auto flush are always a big hit! When my Bidet Seat died (mounted on a Kohler tank toilet), in our master bath, I decided I wanted to replace it with a fully integrated unit with all the bells and whistles. At $2000+ it makes it a bit hard to justify, but then I found the ProStock PSBTWE1000 with its comprehensive list of features and sleek design making it a true bargain (granted it's still not cheap) so I figured I would take a chance and purchased one. I give the overall design and build quality very high marks! It's easy enough to install if you're a do-it-yourselfer (took me about two hours). The remote is probably the weakest link as it could be a bit more comprehensive (Toto does a better job) but it provides the full function of the unit. The remote manual was missing but a call to PlumberStock fixed that in less than 12 hours. The auto open/close lid feature is not enabled by default and requires that the STOP and Seat/Lid close button be pressed (I had to press both at the same time) to enable the feature. I am so impressed with the unit that I purchased another to install in our third bathroom. If you’re in the market for an integrated toilet/bidet, this one is definitely one for you to consider. Highly recommended!

I returned this product after a week of totally unsatisfactory performance and multiple product adjustments. The weak pressure of the water stream made it useless. My home does not have weak water pressure and the cheaper bidet I had before buying ProStock worked perfectly. The sellers response: install a $600 system wide water pressure pump. I do give them credit for handling my return - subject to actually receiving the credit.

Just had this installed yesterday professionally. Looks gorgeous. Everything seems to be working EXCEPT automatic seat opening. Waited until evening also since high temperatures are said to effect motion sensors. But nothing. Have to manually raise each timeWhat else could it be?

This is my third smart Toilet,and the best so far!What I like the misteriosas ,since it's a new feature for me,is the sensor that when you aproach the Toilet, it automatically opens!

I love this. I may by another for our second bathroom.

Awesome purchase just hard to unpack.
