I can not tell if it works.
I have been using this as instructed. But have noticed any change. No weight loss, no worms seen. I do pass more gas but became constapated. I do not know if it takes several months to feel or see a change

This cleanse is rough. But it works. I have less bloating. Feel better overall. The only thing I didn't like was the taste.

Swollen Ankles
I was hoping that I would have better news in this review but unfortunately I don't - I received my Cleanse 24 and started using it and within 4 hours I had swollen ankles. I stopped taking it for a couple days and no swelling of ankles so I decided to give it another go and sure enough swollen ankles again so I am not taking it anymore. Unfortunately they don't give refunds but I wanted to let people know; I am not sure what caused it - I don't take medications.
