Showcase 500 Rings: New Directions in Art Jewelry (500 Series) Paperback – May 1, 2012

This is a great book for people interested in designing and making rings. Many of the rings would not be worn by the average person, so if you are interested in different designs to mount stones in you might want to look in a retail store catalog. The book arrived quickly and was in perfect condition.

when ever i see the title of a book '500 series' i always want it. they all seem worth the cost. something i'll save for later enjoyment also. i love knowing there are so many creative people out there and i get to share some small part.

I have enjoyed most of the 500 Series Jewelry books, but this is a disappointment. Though professional reviewers differ, I must say this is a bizarre collection of rings. With perhaps twenty exceptions, I cannot imagine anyone wearing these pieces.Returning it tomorrow and will be hesitant to purchase another 500 Series Jewelry book until I see Lark Books return to the beautiful collections they once produced.

Wonderful photos perfect text, superb. All the pages are covered with excellent photos and explanations and the colors are wonderful.
