Shoes 18 Women's Foldable Portable Travel Ballet Flat Shoes w/Matching Carrying Case

I bought these to be used as Dorothy's ruby slippers for a Halloween costume. They are very comfortable however they do run small.

I've had these type of shoes before. They are perfect for long evening in heels. Small enough to put in your purse.

I got these to take with my to Vegas since we had a night on our feet and I'm not use to wearing heels these days. I didn't end up taking them and will be returning them. While they are a nice looking shoe, and they were well constructed, I found them folded and in their case to be a bit bulkier than I was hoping for, especially since the bottoms are thin bits of fabric. Mostly because of that I was worried about walking around on the concrete in these. I felt like they would shred pretty fast and possibly be only a one time wear, and at this price I expected a bit more. The upper part of the shoe itself was well done, though. The travel case was very nice, too. I did try taking the shoes out of the case to see if I could get them to fit in many different smaller purses I had, but they were still too bulky. I would say they took up about as much room as my regular ballet flats with normal soles. This might be due to the fact that it was covered in sequins. Perhaps if I had gone for something more plain they would have been easier to fit in a purse/clutch. Shoe sizing feels as though it has changed so much in the last two years, traditionally I was always around an 8.5 to a 9, but now days i'm anywhere from a 7-8.5 and I ordered a 7-8 and they fit my foot perfectly. I wear a normal size, but have a little more narrow of a foot. Had the soles been a little more substantial, and the shoe a little less bulky, i'd have been glad to have these on the trip (because my feet were killing me after standing for 3 hours straight).

I hate wearing visitor slipper when i visit friends. This is the best solution and my outfit is not ruined by slippers and small for the handbag. Don't hesitate buy ! ORDER TWO SIZES BIGGER

I love the colour and size of these ballet slippers.

I normally wear a size 9, but followed one of the reviews and ordered a size 11. The width is perfect. The length is 1 inch too long, but the elastic holds it comfortably and securely onto my foot. The elastic on the size 9 would have been too tight. I'll wear them around the house but not to go anywhere with. They'd look a bit silly in the office; a bit like clown shoes because of the length. They're soft and comfortable...not breathable though. The ballet slippers retain a lot of heat, so good for use as winter house shoes. The little zippered carry baggie has a wrist strap, is good quality and useful for other purposes. I added a star for the baggie. It's almost like a two items for one item purchase.
