HDD is not working and dont know how I can get it replaced
The HDD was fitted to our DVR and the technician said it shows only 500 GB when it says clearly its 2 TB. I don't know how to get this fixed. There is no help at all. I am in Coimbatore and would be good to know where I go to hand this over and get a replacement. I think walking to a computer store nearby would have been better. Amazon needs to really look into these deals. I am surely not buying a HDD online in the future. The packing also was a bit suspect but I thought it was like that as it must have come from a wholesaler. I will take it to the service center once I locate one.

Best for Surveillance cameras
This is a surveillance centric HDD. Great for storing huge data continuously. Gives more than a month of surveillance footage for a 16 Camera system in Full HD.
