Bought this as i suffer from prickly heat really badly when on holiday. Not used it yet so cant comment on the effectiveness but if it works it will be well worth the money.

It appears to have worked well in conjunction to lower use of sauna

This is the best thing I've tied for my prickly heat. It sprays cold and really stops the itching. I've had the problem for weeks and tried all sorts of creams, so I'm glad to find something that works. It is probably just this can, but it is a bit difficult to spray, so I've deducted a star.

I've just returned from a 3 week holiday in S Africa and, for the first time in the last 15 years, I've not suffered from heat rash. Soles genuinely did a fantastic job- I started applying as soon as I arrived and kept one in my bag at all times, so I can re-apply whenever I felt hot. I cannot recommend this enough.

It works, but is stings very painfully for a couple of minutes, so I threw it away. I much prefer the more expensive magicool product.

The only thing that actually worked to clear up prickly heat. Genuinely amazing, cured it in about 3 days.

I have suffered from prickly heat - itchy / red raised sun rash for 30 years. Even in English summer, I have just come home from holiday in Spain 🥵 and after 3 days ( not sunbathing) my feet/ ankles legs/ chest and back started to flair up.. I used this spray, I instantly felt a relief, but I was amazed how quickly the rash subsides.⭐️ quality, I even sprayed on friends who stared to get symptoms.

it was ok, did nothing to prevent or help my prickly heat, but did cool me down. wont buy again for the price, its not worth it in my opinion.
