Works perfectly for mouth tape while using my CPAP machine. Much cheaper than buying pre cut tape

Good for Sensitive Skin
I use kinesiology tape on a regular basis for stability and support. I’ve been through several brands that cause a painful allergic reaction when they get wet leaving behind a burning, glue like reside on my damaged skin that won’t come off. Thankfully I found OK tape and am able to keep it on after showers, workouts without my skin burning and itching after a few hours. It has the same if not better quality than store bought brands and is thick enough to provide the support I’m looking for. It isn’t pre-cut which allows you to cut just the right size quickly and accurately. The tape is easy to apply and comes off best in the shower, no glue residue left behind. I use it on everything from my shoulders, to knees, back, and ankles with no issue.

Best Kinesiology Tape Brand
I have used several brands of this tape and this one is by far the best. It does not bunch up and peel at the corners. It stays in place and holds to the skin perfectly!

Poor quality
Just received this tape, applied it to my knee, and within a few short hours it’s already peeling. I only did a few miles on my treadmill, and as an avid hiker, I don’t feel confident in this tapes staying power should I use it on my hikes. Especially now that the weather is warming up and I tackle pretty strenuous hikes as well as occasional backpacking trips. If it starts peeling following a light workout, I doubt it’ll last through sweat or trails with knee-deep water crossings. I bought two rolls because of the great price compared to Rock Tape but I definitely realize why it’s a much lower price. Next time I’ll spend more to get better quality.
