We have used this so many times since we bought it! It’s got lots of room for 4 people’s breakfast items and I can make a whole batch of pancakes in 5 mins flat and they are absolutely perfect! No more first round flop pancakes! They all look like they came from a restaurant griddle. Super easy to clean and doesn’t heat up the kitchen! LOVE that you can put it in the dishwasher!

I like the griddle but when it was delivered the box was very "beat up" and actually had holes on both ends of the box. More care should have been taken to cushion this product. The griddle should have been double boxed since it is an electric product. My griddle really took a beating during shipping as it kind of reminded me the way Bed Bath and Beyond would ship packages.

I needed a griddle to make pancakes for the grandkids when they visit. This one is spacious, even cooking, and easy clean-up!

I first purchased this unit in June of 2022 and up until a few months ago, around May 2024, this has been a great appliance. Keeping in mind, I cook breakfast on this griddle 7 days a week with few exceptions, I have began to notice uneven heating (the center get extremely hot) and the nonstick surface seems to be wearing thin. I truly think I have gotten my monies worth from this griddle but it is time for a replacement. This one is still usable but the heating must be closely monitored and a bit of butter or oil must be used when cooking pancakes and eggs.
