I love Swiss Activa products. I have 2 of their hula hoops and have dropped 131 pounds using that as my main source of exercise. While doing that I also use hand weights.So when they came out with the hand weights and the wrist and ankle weights better believe I jumped on the bandwagon and snatched them up.As always high-quality product, and very easy to use. The silicone has such an easy grip and nonslip in your fingers when using. I love the new contemporary design and shape. It shows that Swiss Activa is once again ahead of the game in there thought process in advanced skills in marketing what clients are looking for. I love the Swiss Activa products. The weights are very comfortable to hold with the soft silicone covering but at the same time very sturdy with their iron core. I hold them and do arm exercises while using a Swiss Activa Hula Hoop. I hope they make more weights in different sizes. Five pounders would be nice.

These are a great set of hand weights. I like the feel of the covering on the weights, & they are extremely easy to hold on to, as well as being ergonomical. I like the texturing at each end of the weights, so that it gives you some better traction to hold on to the weights. These are lightweight, so they can be used for doing repetitive exercises like aerobics or for building up endurance. These are some of the most comfortable hand weights I have found in a while, & I am really impressed with them.

These 2lb each dumbbells are cute and work great for those light weight work outs! I lift heavier in my trainings but these work great for other exercises that i can only handle lighter weight for. I like to use them for tricep kick backs, standing ab crunches, and weighted punches!They have grips on them which make it easy to hold onto. I recommend these to all the ladies out there looking for some lighter weights.

Colorful and chic design, not the ordinary dumbbells. With its very modern look, I can use it anywhere even at work during my breaktime. My officemates are inspired by my dedication to do even short workout exercises with my new dumbbells. They even want to imitate me and purchase the same dumbbells for themselves. Ich habe mir dieses Hantelset als Ersatz für eines gekauft, das ich schon zu Hause habe und finde die Form deutlich angenehmer als die klassische Hantelform. Die Kurzhanteln liegen gut in der Hand, durch das Silikon bleibt das auch so, wenn man schwitzt. Das Gewicht mit 1,4kg ist natürlich nicht übermäßig hoch, allerdings nutze ich die Hanteln auch eher als kleines Zusatzgewicht (z.B. beim Hula-Hoop) und dafür sind sie einfach perfekt! Egal bei welcher Übung, sie lassen sich gut mit einbinden und sind schnell wieder weggelegt, wenn es doch zu viel ist.Die Farbe ist vielleicht Geschmackssache, sollte aber bei so einem Produkt nicht den Ausschlag geben und ist mir für das Training zu Hause auch vollkommen egal.

I tried it in the gym today but it’s also perfect for home workout especially if I’m not in the mood to go to the gym, easy to hold and doesn’t slip , very comfortable.really great to help tone my arms and lovely colour to match my style. Really happy with it, would recommend 💜
