Heavy Duty Contractor 20 Bags/3MIL (32" by 50")

We are cleaning and weeding out the excess accumulations of 25 years in our current home and getting ready to move to the country. I intended to use these bags for hauling off junk and for gathering up miscellaneous stuff we wanted to keep but didn't need to be boxed up.Our small grandson turned off our freezer and everything in it had to go to the dump. He and PaPa put all the spoiled food in one of the bags and Grandson drug it to the garbage can across our concrete patio, down the concrete walk and through the gate across the grass. The bag servived the trip unscathed. Grandson however, was pooped!These bags are just what I expected them to be. Strong and big. The plastic is tough to punch a hole through and I was surprised at how much they will hold. They easily withstand more weight than I can carry.My only gripe is that they did not come with some sort of tie. I don't know how PaPa closed the bag with the spoiled food in it but I use twine that I wrap around the top and tie off. No biggie!I would buy these bags again in a heart beat!

Great buy for the quantity, perfect for the job.

First off, these bags fit fine in my commercial trash can. However, I do not think they were specifically designed to fit in a trash can.. Typically, we clean up job sites with these where a dumpster isn't a logical solution. So we just carry the bags around and throw trash in it. I have had shingles, bits of plywood, pieces of cinder, nails, screws, etc, and never had a problem. I just wish they came with some twisteez to secure once full. We end up using zip ties, or some string on the job sites. But for the price, you can't beat these bags.

When I purchased these bags from Amazon, it was difficult to find this type in stores. Since then, both grocery stores and retailers like Walmart have started stocking them, so it's now to my advantage to buy them there. Contractor bags are significantly larger and stronger than standard trash bags, so if you're throwing out junk as well as trash, I recommend them.

I use these bags when dumping my two cat litter boxes. They hold several cubic feet of dirty litter and never feel like they are going to break. The bags are so large that I can easily dump the boxes without having to worry about spilling litter on the floor. Overall, if you have a heavy and messy job, these are a great value.

These bags are comparable to brands sold in big box store. Our use of these bags was for bulky items, without a lot of weight. They did the job as desired, but I am unsure of how they would hold up if filling with denser, sharp edge items.

Rugged bags, fine for carrying several loads of broken glassware and wood scraps from my garage, good for clean-up, really big trash cans, moving your house. If I needed a poncho in a pinch, this would be my go-to.

Not all of the bags were pleated so some are useless! I will not buy again! Unfortunately I cannot return them cause I’m past my return time but will not buy again! The beginning was fine then in the middle not pleated! Probably a machine malfunction but still not pleased with these!
