A great product
temperature dispersion and inertia are great as can be seen by the uniformity of thebread color. The coating is of very high quality.Highly recommended for baking small breads.

Quality and Value for $$
What a great set! So much in this set. Purchased orange for fall. Nice pumpkin orange. Size is perfect for individual loaves for dinner bread and medium size baguettes. Heavy Cast iron inside glazed outside will hold up a lifetime. Greased the inside on first use and crusts of bread was perfect! Highly recommend. Had hoped would have regular loaf base available for additional purchase to expand the set. I may try inverting to see if I can make work for a regular loaf. Perfect for baguettes like Cheesecake Factory brown bread. This set will be passed down and used for generations!

Better than expected
Received this on time and was very pleasantly surprised by the quality of the cast iron for the price, and the color is really fun. The banquets come out perfect, with a wonderful crust and soft chewy inside. No preparing or parchment paper needed. My husband has been making our bread in cast iron Dutch ovens for years, and he has refined his technique and variety of breads. We have not purchased bread in almost 20 years. We have tried so many types of banquet bakers and non left us satisfied. We have.been searching for a Dutch oven for baking banquets with no success. I highly recommend this banquet maker, it will change your bread baking experience.

Quality is Excellent
This baguette/small baguette baker is just beautiful. I am extremely impressed with the quality. I have used it several times and it seems resistant to scratches and dings in the enamel. The packaging is double boxed and VERY protective of the contents. You cannot go wrong with this purchase. They often have a sale and I utilized that timing to buy additional ones. I like to get my work done at once so the sales allowed me to do that!

My first baguettes!
I’m a HAWOK fan. I purchased the 6.3” bread oven, loved it, so purchased this pan. Then I purchased the 7.8”. Well made and a good value. Quick delivery too.The baguettes are beautifully baked & were easily removed from the pan. I used an Artisan bread recipe using 3cups of flour. Preheat the pan at 450 for 30 minutes. Baked covered for 20 minutes, uncovered for 10 minutes. Update - I’ve baked in the hot dog bun pan, making perfect bread portions for 2 if you’re watching your carbs. Three cups of flour - one each of bread, whole wheat & rye - 20 minutes @ 400, uncover for 12-15 minutes. There is absolutely nothing about this pan that I don’t love.Highly recommend.

4 times using it the bread sticks to it
Ok I love the Hawok cast iron brand I have multiple pieces from them. But this item the dough/bread sticks to it. i did the seasoning to it. every time we have used it .... first you need a jack hammer to release the top.... then its impossible to remove the bread from the pieces

Good quality
I have not cooked anything in this yet, but the quality is nice. I do like the versatility of having 3 cooking pieces to bake with even using the lid as it's own baker! Major plus for all the bread making accessories as they can get costly buying individually.
