I wish I had found this sooner. Having had surgery on my neck I have had problems getting comfortable and pain free with my pillow. It would take a while to get comfy and get to sleep. The first time I used the pillow I noticed a difference straight away. So thought I might just be luck. However having used the pillow every night now for at least a week, and being able to get comfortable and pain free every night, I am happy to give feed back.I would recommend this pillow. For me I can go to bed knowing I will be able to sleep pain free. I can sleep on my side or my back with no problem. The pillow is the perfect height to keep the body in line. All I need now is a spare cover to be able to wash one while using one.

I’ve struggled for years to get a perfect pillow, I wish I’d tried this one years ago! I’ve always been a good sleeper but tossed & turned a lot due to pillow comfort resulting in neck, back & hip pain. From night one this has been a game changer. so far no morning headache either! Quality & design 100% , I’m predominantly a side sleeper, I have broad shoulders and the thickness with the removable adjustment is perfect for me. Also relaxing laying on my back seems to be reducing thigh numbness which I’ve suffered with for years , I guess everything spinal is in it’s proper place. X

I get bad neck pain sometimes when sleeping, tried one of these to see if it helps. It’s not as soft as the other one I have. But it helps with supporting my neck when sleeping

The design of this pillow looks fantastic but unfortunately, I never got to try it!As with many memory foam products, you do have to let them air for a while before use, in most cases this is for 24-48 hours. Not only does this allow for the memory foam to expand but during this period a process termed as "off gassing" happens. Memory foam is always a little bit smelly when you first unwrap an itemThis pillow however, was in another league. The pillow arrived and I opened the box and then took it out of the plastic protection and the stench hit me! Knowing that all memory foam is a bit whiffy when new, I left it in a well ventilated study to "air" - I often work out of this same room so was spending some time in there and started to feel just a little bit ill. As soon as I went away from the desk and into another room, I started feeling a lot better. When I returned to the study the smell hit me like a brisk wall! I can only describe it as chemical in nature with perhaps a bit of mould thrown in! I examined to pillow for mould but did not find any. I assumed this was just part of the off gassing process but the smell was making me feel so ill I had to put the pillow into a room that is not used very much with and opened the window.After four days it became clear that the smell which was still very strong was coming from the memory foam part of the pillow and not the cover or extra foam layer. By this time I had even pegged it to the washing line in the shade to get rid of the stench! I was starting to feel like I really didn't want to ever put my head on this thing in case I got poisoned!That said, wanting to give the manufacturer a fair chance to respond I followed the Amazon Product Support link provided for support which took me to the external Elviros website and wrote to them and asked if there were any further steps I could take to speed up the off gassing. They never replied either through the Amazon platform or by email and yes, I checked my spam folder! (my email address was requested as the product support link does lead to an external website only and you do not have the option to contact anyone via the Amazon platform for product support.)I decided to read around the process of off gassing as I do have a few memory foam items but I have NEVER ENCOUNTERED ANYTHING QUITE LIKE THIS! The stench was still strong after a week. After doing my reading I did get quite concerned and the smell according to the resources indicated that this pillow was made of very low grade memory foam which can potentially make you quite sick and may cause long term health conditions.Decision made I sent it back and got a refund! Zero help from Elviros. As for the seller who was not Amazon or Elviros directly but a company that "dispatches" from Amazon they point you to an external website so no accountability there either!So to sum up, if you buy a memory foam product and it still smells after 24 hours, do yourself a favor and get rid of it! I bought a different pillow manufactured by Ecosafeter (I have other products of theirs so trusted that it would be of high quality) and while it still needed 24 hours to expand properly there was no smell!

tried another version of the pillow and it works. however this one is too high for me even I removed the layer

I recently bought this pillow, and it's amazing! It offers great support and I sleep incredibly well on it. As a side sleeper, I find it perfect for my posture. I wake up feeling rested and without any neck pain or headaches. The biggest downside is the smell—it’s quite strong at first. It takes about two days to go away a little bit that doesn't bother anymore. I cover it with a pillowcase, which helps a bit. Despite the smell, it definitely deserves 5 stars. I'm really happy with it!

I bought this pillow as i often go off to sleep on my front but i wanted something i can turnover and is still comfortable for back or side sleeping. This is the one! It took a week or so to get used to and that was a bit rocky but now I absolutely love it and have had to buy a second so i can wash the cover as i won't sleep without it now!

I been using the pillow now for a few weeks, and to be honest I still cannot get comfortable, trying with and without the insert. The pillow case started to bobble within the first week which was disappointing. I will keep trying but has not been the revolution I had expected regarding sleep positions. Would I recommend that’s the hard part I just cannot recommend as 2 softer pillows do a better job but again thats my opinion. Look for an alternative.
