The soap itself is great. But Amazon delivery system seems to be having some issues.. This is the 3rd time I've tried to order this brand, and the 3rd time it's arrived with broken and missing pump dispensers. Amazon packages it in a flimsy envelope without any kind of protection. The bottle dispenser pumps get snapped off. This time the dispenser was completely missing on one bottle, not even laying inside the envelope, which means it was packaged already damaged! Never had this many issues in all the years I've been ordering, hope they get their act together.

especially for hypersensitive skin! I’ve used it for over 10 years in Germany and I am glad to be able to now get it in the US as well, does a great job, cleans well, smells well, and does not dry out skin, no matter how often you wash your hands, super gentle, and leaves hands with nice feeling. BRAVO to Sonett!

I like the way this soap works well so far - smooth, effective. I gave it 4 stars because I'm not crazy about the way it smells.

This product talks about how organic and great it is yet it has toxic chemicals like limonine and Laurel glucoside...WTF... Toxic garbage 😵
