Don't not buy this if you have a flat hob (induction or ceramic) Out of the box I found the bottom isn't flat but got worse and warped, Have to hold & tilt the pan as I'm cooking, so to get the heat evenly distributed and also to stop the pan spinning. Really disappointed, I thought de Buyer was a good brand.
