This is delicious! It has a fresh taste and a smooth texture. There is absolutely NO problem adding the tahini. The packaging is convenient, and I love that it does not have to be stored in the refrigerator.

It was great the first time it had a bizarre aftertaste this time .

Not at all what I expected

I so wanted to love this product, but I just can't. I've tried twice with a couple I picked up ck Wal-Mart. The tahini is separated and unless you're really careful opening it you'll spill oil everywhere like I did my first try. The rest of the tahini is like dried out clay. Could not get it mixed back up. Put it in with the chickpeas and had huge globs of super salty tahini that made it inedible. The second time I tried it a scraped the tahini into a plastic baggie and massaged it several minutes until it was smooth which worked out much better, but it was still too salty when mixed with the chickpea. It's a great concept, but horrible execution. If they toned down on the salt just a little and put the tahini in a package that can be massaged instead of a bowl then it would be a great product.
