Love Urfa Biber. Smokey. Great depth of flavor and not terribly hot. I use it a lot to add complexity.

I love black pepper, and this Urfa pepper takes it to a new level. I love heat as well so this blends the two together. I find that the amount of pepper added to a dish will change the heat level too. Don't be afraid to use it if you don't like spicey, just use a dash and you will have flavor without the zing.
