This product actually helps alot! Cuts down pms symptoms by half at least! Worth the price!

These supplements have been helping with my menopause! I went off my menopause meds and decided to give these a try for my hot flashes. It took a couple months of taking them regularly but I am feeling a true difference! I love all of Dr Livinggoods products and this one is no exception! If you want an alternative to hormones, I’d certainly give these a try! They are working for me and this is coming from someone who is been dealing with hot flashes for over 11 years now!

This brand itself has been amazing! I'm waiting for my lab results(thyroid issues, hormone issues after hysterectomy, and body does not absorb vitamins properly). But I feel like the numbers will be better then ever because I feel it! I've tried the white brand with blue letters, they did not help. And I've tried a blue bottle with white letters. No results. I feel normal again if that makes sense. I have now ordered Dr Livingoods whole lone for myself and my husband! This brand has also eliminated individual vitamins/minerals and supplements because his line includes more then one in each supplement. This is a game changer with cost! We now have everything set up on autoship! I have found that it is a little cheaper on Amazon versus his direct website. But after seeing products being messed with ie expiration or cover ups, I will probably switch over to his direct website now that I know we love this brand! I wish he would make a kids vitamins/mineral!

It has a strong smell at first but I'm very happy with the product.

I was using a more popular, more expensive menopause supplement, and I learned what works for me and what does not. The ingredients in this in particular are great combination for me and my needs and works very well. No night sweats, no brain fog, I fall asleep easily and stay asleep. I also use this in conjunction with different different types of magnesium.

Ever since I stared taking these my hot flashes have gone away.
