The size is actually the size, not the age! That was frustrating as my 6 year old wears a 10/12, so by age i first ordered a 6/8, was tiny so i sent it back and got the age 10/12, it fit perfectly. So ignore the fact that it says age, it is really size. But despite that i would recommend this product.

It’s exactly as pictures, I’m satisfied with the quality as well. My daughter loves it :) the sun protection definitely works so that’s wonderful.

My son picked this out, and he loved it! It’s getting a little too small on him now, but he’ll still wear it sometimes. I prefer the one-piece, sleeved suits for outdoor water activities because there isn’t a constant riding up/pulling down like I see with other kids wearing swim shirts, and it just seems more comfortable that way, and we still get great sun protection. It does take a little wrangling to get in and out, but so do swim trunks. My kid is on the thinner side, so I always have to tie his shorts so tightly to make sure they don’t fall off. I don’t have to worry about that here. I would order up a size for longer use and more ease with dressing and undressing and bathroom breaks. We also liked the bright, fun colors on this suit. No complaints. I’d happily buy it again.
