It is our first anniversary together and I am making dinner. Picture this - two of us dancing under outdoor lights strung through trees. I admit, it did take me a while this afternoon to set them up. But it will be worth it. Then, I am going to take her by the hands and head down to the beach and watch the waves beat against the rocks. Should I ask the big question tonight ... Half an hour more! I got distracted again. This dual use julienne and vegetable peeler is turning out to be a real lifesaver! Love, love this peeler! I use it for everything. Its great for peeling potatoes, carrots, and apples. I used this peeler to julienne carrots for soup and to give them to my son for a snack. The blade is super easy to clean and I have had no problems with rust.

Thisnis a great kitchen tool. It peels and juliennes carrots, celery, cucumbers and squash with fast, easy precision. One of my most used prep tools! Love it! It is my second one as the first started separating, and the vegetables get stuck, making it hard to clean. But love it enough to buy another!

I bought this without knowing what a Julienne Peeler was. When I received it I was disappointed to see that it had serrated edges rather than the straight edges that normal peelers have.Anyway it works fine and the product appears to have been well made and doesn't feel cheap at all.
