STRAP SIZE SMALL FITS 7 - 9 INCH ARMS (MEASURED AROUND BICEPS/WRIST) (Recommended for small/petite arms or wrists only). STRAP SIZE MEDIUM FITS 10 - 14 INCH ARMS. STRAP SIZE LARGE FITS 13 - 18 INCH ARMS. A 4-INCH EXTENDER IS AVAILABLE FOR LARGER ARMS (sold separately).The Classic M6 Modular Armband fits phones with no case or a thin case up to 150mm x 75mm x 10mm and is the best armband choice if you want the least amount of bulk on your arm while running or working out. If your phone is larger than 150mm x 75 mm, we recommend the Sporteer Classic MX Modular Armband. If your case is thick (i.e. Otterbox, Lifeproof) and you prefer to keep the case on during your workouts, we recommend the Sporteer Velocity Armband or Sporteer Entropy Modular Armband.
