I’m really happy with this diffuser. The setup was simple, and the waterless design is a huge plus—no mess, no constant refilling. Got this oil diffuser about 1 week ago and couldn’t be happier—it freshens my space without the hassle of adding water, thanks to its clever microdroplet diffusion technology. The sleek aluminum design feels premium and modern, and the whisper-quiet operation means I barely notice it running. The included remote control adds a touch of convenience, and I appreciate its customizable scent intensity and timer settings that let me tailor the ambiance just right. It effectively scents areas up to 1,000 square feet, and I found that a single fragrance bottle can last for weeks on low settings. I’m super disappointed about this product because I so badly wanted to love it. I bought one and LOVED it. It worked amazing and I was so impressed I bought a second one. Unfortunately the second one stopped working about two months after I bought it so I can’t return it. It turns “on” it just doesn’t omit any fragrance at all even though the canister is full with oil. Such a disappointment because even thought it’s “expensive” I wouldn’t care at all if it actually worked :(

First impressions, just received diffuser. Well made and sleek looking, I bought the black. Fairly heavy so no way it’s going to fall over unless you knock it over. It has controls on the base of the unit and also a remote which is a nice option. It remembered my previous setting when turned back on. Love the fact it has a timer 1,2, 4 and 8 hrs and it worked. Set it for 2 hours and it turned off precisely in 2 hrs. Numerous scent levels and at level 3 it filled 3 large rooms with the scent. Very quiet. This is not a negative but something to get used to, control lights on base of unit turns off in one minute. Don’t know if it’s on or off unless you smell something or go over and check. The bottle neck that comes with the diffuser and their brand fragrance oils are larger than other brand diffusers where it screws in. I was hoping to use a bottle from another company and couldn’t, not a game changer. Just need to pour the oils into their size empty bottle. That said I would love to hear if anyone has used a diffuser oil from another brand without harming the machine. So far their scent fragrances are limited.

Purchased to replace Natscent that stopped working after 11 months. So far so good. Disappointed it did not come with starter scent bottle. I saw this brand at Costco and it’s $99 with a starter bottle of scent included. Luckily I had others on hand. Seems it’s working well. Turned it down to 5 as scent was intense at 7. Hopefully it will keep working.

I love how this diffuser not only blends in seamlessly with my decor, but works well to provide scent coverage for my entire ground-floor. I have had a few people search for the source of the sound it makes (a gentle hum) when it is diffusing, but it is such a subtle noise that i don’t even notice it. The instructions included and the simplicity of it’s design made the initial set-up very easy. I use a diffuser oil that is a different brand and it worked perfectly with this machine. That had been a big concern of mine, because I already have a “signature scent” for my home and I needed an affordable, asthetically pleasing diffuser that could diffuse it through the entire space. This machine did NOT disappoint. The compliments that i recieve regarding my home and how it smells make it so worth every penny spent. This is great value for the price!

I am really satisfied with this HoMedics SereneScent diffuser, it is an excellent product and I am really satisfied with the quality. Its elegant and modern design fits perfectly into any interior. It works without water, which makes it simple and convenient to use. Its fragrance diffuses evenly and creates a fresh and relaxing atmosphere in your home. It is ideal for improving mood, perfuming the space. I recommend it guys.

This machine works well until it doesn’t. When it stops putting out mist but you hear it trying to, it means the tiny filter in the oil pickup tube is clogged. Little piece ( microscopic ) metal like Brillo needs to be cleaned. Take out with pin. If u cant get it out just remove the piece of plastic that holds the filter and put aside. It will then work. Manufacturer won’t tell u this. Stupid on their part. But sometimes this isn’t the problem the machine just fails. I’ve bought and returned several when this trick doesn’t work. Sometimes the motor in a short time period (several months) just seems to loose pressure enough to not mist the oil.
