Love this sleeve
This sleeve works great. Material is soft and comfortable, seams are on the outside to reduce irritation, and the compression is spot on. Has really helped to reduce swelling in my hand and wrist. I have a 6.5 wrist measurement and the small fit me perfectly.

Right Arm Only full arm & hand compression glove
The media could not be loaded. The product is well made. There is very little difference between the upper arm width and the hand, so it fits the upper arm and is too loose on the wrist and hand. The product needs more spandex to provide adequate compression and should be tapered. I thought I would receive 2 gloves and was disappointed when it was just one glove. I'm returning the glove because I need compression from shoulder to fingers.

Perfect gloves!
I bought a pair of these Roylan long compression gloves, left and right being sold separately, and have to say they are exactly what I was looking for and am very pleased with the purchase. While not super compressive compared to a custom edema sleeve, these provide gentle constant support and are very comfortable for all day wear, which I frequently do. I bought them primarily to sleep in, which I do nightly and they prevent swelling and keep my hands and arms feeling limber and protected. The feeling is so pleasant that I actually find myself wearing them all day as well, not wanting to take them off! I find them easy to manage daily activities in, doing light housework and even typing on a keyboard. They are even a nice driving glove, keeping the sun off my skin. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for gentle full coverage support gloves they can live in full time day and night.

Does not stay up
The sleeve is very comfortable, silky, not itchy at all, which is wonderful. But it does not stay up near the top of my arm at all. It fits large as well. I ordered a medium feeling the edema would effect my need for a larger size, but I should have stuck with my regular size small I guess. I am returning it and going for the half length in hopes that is an easier fit.

No compression
This is not medical grade. I have RX compression sleeve and there is no comparison. I bought on trip because I forgot mine and it came off during sleep. Not useful and returned.

Comfortable!
I was not looking forward to yet another thing on my right arm after splint, casts, and brace, but this glove is a gentle hold with no extreme constriction, helping redistribute the fluid causing swelling as I regain mobility. I bought it to wear at night, but am happy to have it on all day while I wait for the tipless shorter glove I intend for day use to get here. All seams seem securely sewn. Flexible and soft. Recommended.

Does not provide compression
I got this product (both left and right) because my copper compression gloves were wearing out near the inner elbow, where I need compression the most because of tendonitis, though the pain also goes into my wrists and fingers at times. I also really wanted a version that wasn't black and looked more natural. The shipping was really fast, they arrived the day after I ordered them.Unfortunately, these gloves didn't fit my needs in any of the areas but the color. The worst part of these gloves is that there is very little compression. I got a small, and maybe it would work if they had an x-small size, but the only place it compressed was across the knuckles and palm. It felt more like a very comfortable dress glove and was very easily put on, which is not really what you want in a compression glove. The places it was most loose were the fingers and wrist. The color was nice, since it was more skin-tone than most other compression gloves, but the inside-out stitching made it very obvious that you were wearing a glove and your fingers end up looking boxy (kind of ugly). Turning the gloves inside helps with the stitching appearance, but the thumb gets a bit uncomfortable, since it's not designed for that hack.I'm still debating whether it's worth it to return these, but I would not order them again. I would just go for the copper compression gloves, even if they are only available in black.

Fit really well and made a significant difference in the ...
Fit really well and made a significant difference in the discomfort that was being felt due to allodynia. The other reviewer indicated the glove did not last. This glove was received on 18 June 2018 and is now being worn. No, we won't be doing any fencing with this glove as the difficulty necessitating its use precludes activities outside of reading or gentle activities with the arm. I'll update as the glove gets worn for a while..Today is 27 Dec 2019. The glove was worn for months during recovery. Through the use here, the gove did not ear out. The glove provided a lot of comfort during rehab.
