After uPs delivered my item to someone else - Demu followed up by refunding my purchase AND sending me another item at no cost. Now THATS customer service. I am enjoying my first smoothie as I type this. Very easy to use and clean. I like the different size containers. Seems all areas well!

This is a good product. I like the two speeds on the blender. The other thing I like about this one as opposed to its competitors is that you click it in the place and then turn it on. The other ones start to spin before it’s all the way in. I always feel like it’s going to break. This one seems more durable. The only reason I didn’t give five stars is because the drinking cap to drink out of holds liquid, every time you try to drink out of it, bits of your drink gets onto your clothes or face.

I bought this less than a year ago and have used it pretty infrequently, like once a month. So basically after 10 uses, it's DEAD. Does not work at all! If I could return it, I would! WASTE OF MONEY.

Wonderful product , well built , great price , chopped up my hard ginseng , and juices , not all dishwasher safe as stated though , but rinses clean in minutes .Bought another for a gift , she loves it .

It's not as good with green juices as with milk/yogurt ones. You must really prep the veggies before using this, or else it's not a drink. Too time consuming.

Bought it as a "no-reason" gift for my wife. She loves it. Works very well. Makes smoothies using crushed ice and it does a good job. More than powerful enough. She uses it to also chop and blend smaller volume items without a problem.

This was really great until the rubber band snapped inside. Now it’s leaking!

This is the most convenient and reliable QUICK blender I've ever used. I love that what it blends in u take to go... the different cap options r awesome. Three different sizes!
