I liked everything about them!!! .grab & go snack & nutrition guide calls for a 2 oz fat for dinner!!Dinner : 6 oz protein, 1 cup green veggie, & a healthy 2 oz fat. So it’s 2 pkgs for dinner. Dinner never has a carb!! Breakfast & Lunch has a 1 cup carb, 1 cup protein & 1 cup broccoli (for me)!!
