This product did not work as described. It washes to get the water out, and yes I followed the instructions. My husband is in a hospital bed and I thought this would be a great alternative for our needs. Does not drain like described. Made life even harder for no reason. Worst purchase.

As a caretaker, I use this to help wash out a family members hair and have someone else that helps with this too and this compared to other similar water basins I have used this is GREAT. It's quite compact allowing for very little water to spill out, has drainage for the bottom that comes with a pretty standard tube, and even comes with an air pump which a lot of these type of basins usually don't to help inflate it. it inflates quite nicely and stays quite firm.The pump worked a LOT better than expected to inflate this and very little air escaped after I finished getting it pumped up which only took just a few minutes. In addition to all that, it comes with spare patches in case of an issue with the shampoo bowl getting a hole pierced in it by accident.Overall for an at home personal use this is wonderful and although not professional grade for the purposes I need it for it will MORE than serve them.

Purchased April 15th ironically the seams ripped yesterday June 15 thankfully I was just filling it up for my son so there wasn’t much water to clean up. I DO NOT RECOMMEND

This is really nice and convenient it comes with the pump and the water bag is really nice too it’s just very difficult to drain the water out when you are done using it because the water stays in the middle of the tub while the drainage hold is on the bottom

If you have someone who is bedridden and cannot get to a shower this is the best way to wash their hair. It's easy to inflate with the pump and deflate. Nursing home protocol says you only need to get your hair washed once a week and my mom likes to have it done every 3 to 4 days so now I can just put this in a bag go up there and wash her hair while she's in bed halfway through the week. So far this is the best way I can wash her hair and if you have someone who's incapable of doing it on their own I highly recommend you get one of these shampoo bowls.

Wow this was so convenient not having to carry my loved one into the bathroom to was their hair. This basin was easy to inflate I had no water leaks or complications. I was able to wash and let out the water without issue and pack it up. It well made and the material has a nice thickness to it.

This is a great tool for caregivers to help take care of those who are bedridden. The kit cones with a pump and everything you need to use it. The quality seems to be good, and I hope it will last long. Overall, very nice!
