Very complicated to put together

I'm no DIY expert and managed to assemble it except - the hangar arms were impossible to fit. Contacted suppliers who gave a useless response. So it's been a buy that was languishing in the corner until I saw RoeG review for the same product but a different seller at a cheaper price (grrr!). Anyway, the trick is to put them in hot water, then fit the holder that does fit and push the other on the pole and hey presto it slots on! Hours previously spent trying to put this together but better late than never ...
