Good product and holds up well.

Decent play set. Needs a couple tweaks. The catch on the slide isn't very deep, I certainly would put it up as high as it is pictured in description. The climbing wall grips aren't great either, and I've ordered some small plastic climbing wall grips to replace them. The hardware is your standard 'Made in China' low quality. Some of the threaded inserts were stripped on mine, but luckily I had adequate replacements. I'm also buying a couple handles to help getting on the slide. Other details - I wouldn't take this outdoors without additional treatment. And the wood, while smooth and well prepared, is very soft, which poses some concerns for how well it will hold up or create future splinter concerns with my crazy kids. Most of the instructions were clear, but I have no idea what the instructions say as far as hanging the swing. Although that's okay because there's no way this thing is stable/heavy to actually swing on.

The product is great, my kid loves it! However, it was an absolute hand killer to assemble. The included hex head had to be swapped out. It was too small to hand hold for that many screws, and also made of a weak metal that stripped a few of the screws when we didn't realize its own corners were rounding out. The included drill bit was no better! I love the final product though! The only hold up with the directions is I missed that the lower full length rods weren't supposed to use the B screw, but the A. Thats really it as far as the directions! When assembling the ladder, I recommend attaching it to the frame and building it top down, as there is a LOT of rope. If your little one has issues with the free hanging bottom, it can definitely be used to secure it to the bottom frame! I do suggest putting foam along the bottom frame under the swing/ring handles, just in case the kid slips off. Nice little safety addition-a pool noodle would be perfect! One major downside is the climbing wall holds. They're not thick enough to be used as hand and foot holds, and truly climbed. Needs to be kept at a lower angle, almost like a slide, for them to be useable.

Whole play set moves when children use swing, the wood splinters as well, and there’s bars on the bottom that stick out and could cause serious injuries if children fall on them

It was easy for a one woman to put together, even if it did take me 4 hours. It is a little wobbly but I'll put some sandbags on the bottom. Kids love it. The swing is hard for the smaller ones to balance on. Some screws stripped easily. Overall good product

The swing has no stability so my suggestion is to tie a knot at the beginning of the rope. The ideal is to place a padding inside as the sides hurt when children fall. Overall it's great for the price and my kids love it.
