I got this for my home office. I really just wanted a weight bench, but my wife was interested in some sort of resistance machine. I really like that the bench folds up on this, as it stores up against the wall and doesn't take up much space. There's wheels on one side, so as you tilt it you can move it pretty easily, but it's sturdy and won't move when not tilted. There are also black rubber feet that can be adjusted for uneven floor. The resistance is created by springs in the cabinet portion, and there are 3 pins that change the total resistance. The distance you pull the handle/cable also changes the resistance (farther = more resistance). I'm not sure how other cable resistance machines work, but once I understood the function I felt comfortable with it. Max resistance is only 40lbs per each cable/pulley on one side, so I'm not terribly interested in using it, but my wife feels that it's enough for her and enjoys using it. I think it's intended more as a toning gym or possibly for therapy uses, which explains the low resistance weight. I may experiment and see if the rope attachment could connect to 2 cables at the same time, which would create up to 80lbs of resistance, I believe. Assembly wasn't too difficult. No real complaints as of yet, but I'll update if anything comes up.

Great machine for in home. Takes up small space and very versatile. Easy assembly . Did have missing parts which were quickly sent after communication with the seller and also found upon assembly, we had received a used product, when purchased new, which the seller also offered a discount and we gladly accepted. Seller communication was excellent. Fabric back does need to be left unfastened however, due to trouble inserting the pins which change the tension. Also, the pulley cables tend to twist. Unknown how, but access to the back is needed to periodically untwist the cables for smooth operation. Other than these minor quirks, I would recommend.

I use this product daily. One of the best purchases I’ve made from Amazon. I’ve seen improved results regarding muscle definition/tone from this machine!

Instructions not in English, had to guess what the text along with the images. Frame where the feet connect was bent, had to make adjustments to frame.

This arrived in good time. I was looking forward to having this, since we don't have room for a full weight set. I like its compactness. First, one of the support bars on the bottom would not go into the hole. The hole was cut wrong, and I had to Dremmel some of the opening out, and use a little hammer therapy to get the support in the hole. Second, two of the adjustable springs had come out of their slots and had to be reseated. Not a big deal, but still, a nuisance I had to troubleshoot. Finally, one of the cables came off of its pulley and it took both my wife and I to pull the spring harness down to reseat the cable on the pulley. I haven't actually used it as a workout yet, but now that those issues are fixed, it seems to be working fine.
