Note EH106 / 180 Kg max is supplied, not the EG108 120 Kg unit as advertised.
I purchased this having obtained a grip training gadget to review, and seeing Bryan Johnson using a similar item in a recent video. This is a reasonable unit, however I'm docking one star because what is supplied is the EH106 and not the EH108 as shown in the listing. The range is up to 180 Kg, however I was specifically wanting one with the lower maximum of 120 Kg as advertised. However it does appear to work consistently, and should give an indication of any decline in grip strength or improvements from training. The user guide is awash with bizarre typographical errors, however it's easy to setup, first entering the person number as it can record for a number of different users, the gender and age. Thereafter it measures, will indicate whether strength is below, normal or above an age adjusted average, and the delta to the last reading. It can store or take ad-hoc readings. There is no real time clock for a timestamp on each reading, and no support for downloading readings from the unit. Overall an ok unit, but annoying that the listing is entirely for the wrong item.

Great gripper
Bought this after watching a youtube video by Brian Johnson, longevity expert, and Steven Bartlett (Diary of a CEO). A weak grip strength can indicate faster aging. It can also be a warning sign for having a higher risk of chronic diseases – even a shorter life expectancy. He explained grip strength can tell you so much because it's a good marker of a person's overall body strength and ability to fight off infection.This device is great;1. Battery or rechargeable2. Great present for my grandson
My Grandson asked for this and was very pleased with it. I read that it is also good for people with arthritis, so may buy one for myself! Sent direct to him , but I think it arrived at time promised.
