Nice quick charge
Charges quick, but I would have preferred the option of having an outlet plug that the usb could have attached to. Would have been a more versatile unit.

The batteries never charge. I placed it in the Xbox 360 controllers and the lights never changed to green. It was a solid red light for over 8 hours. I have contacted the seller and never received a reply. Don't waste your time buying this from this seller. I was sent a replacement device and it's the same problem. I will never be buying this brand ever again.

Super easy to plug in
Saved us a ton on batteries for my son's Xbox. Super easy to plug in. Replace the original hand-controller battery packs with the rechargeable ones, put them on the cradle and ENJOY! Charges in a short time and has these great indicator lights to let you know when one is fully charged. Can't imagine ever living without this now.
