Paper Towel Holder, Durable Rust-proof Stainless Steel Standing Recyclable Paper towel Stander(US)

I purchased this for my 86 year old mother. Works and looks great. The weight is great so that one hand can be used to tear of a paper towel. I would love to have one for myself but we already have a paper towel holder. If I ever need a new one, I would definently purchase this one.

1. Does not work as advertised, not one hand operation. When the roll decreases in size, the paper towels spin.Beginning to believe there is no such thing.2. Does not come put together. Involves (2) set screws, so small that you need a magnifying glass to see them. Also no directions as to how to assemble.3. Packaging was terrible. Came in over sized envelope, ended up with Styrofoam bits all over the kitchen4. See no reason for the rod to extend almost 2" above the paper towels. Not a pleasing look.

Nice paper towel holder. Works well.

Comes with a teeny tiny allen wrench to screw teeny tiny embedded screw-type things into the spring that holds the arm against the towels--pain in the fardangle to attach. Plus, a big roll of towels does not really fit properly on the holder; will be a similar pain to pull off towels one at a time, using both hands, until the roll is a bit used up.

The holder won’t stay together due to bad design

This product is solid, heavy, and high quality. It is so much better than the holder we have been using which is attached to the underside of the cabinet. We like the fact that this towel holder can be moved to where you need it. There is an included Allen wrench to use in assembling the outer arm into position on the base. After I was done, I taped the wrench to the underside of the base so I won't lose it. It's pretty small. This doesn't affect the stability of the base because there is a depression in the bottom of the base that the wrench fits into.

Requires assembly which in most cases is simple. Not only does this not go all the way together for the arm part it has boninstructions. Would not buy this again. If it was for my home I would have returned.

This holder works great even when the roll is almost gone. Very sturdy and finish is perfect.
