I've tried many different products and techniques and have received mixed results, but no final resolution.I'm not at my desired endgoal here either, but I strongly believe that this product will get me there.All of the painful rips and tears that would eventually come back or be created anew within a day or two have not come back at all with this product. I've used it once everyday for 7 days and I'm going to continue to use it because my progress improves daily. In combination with this product I stretch things out as much as I can here. I still need to clean up multiple times daily, but smegma has greatly decreased over the past week.I went from being able to slightly seeing some minuscule part of my head to the skin stretching far enough to let me see nearly the entire top quarter. Even if it doesn't progress any further, this is far and away the most progress of anything I've used and that includes the simple, but effective use of coconut oil and petroleum jelly.If it's due to this product that I'm ever able to get my full head back out again by being able to fully withdraw my skin again I will let you know with an update. If I give up on this product I'll also update my review, but share how far it allowed for progress.Edit: Originally posted on January 25th, I'm making this edit on February 3rd. Although it requires significant effort, I can fully retract my skin now. Most of the flexibility and elasticity has returned, but it requires both hands to do so. The ring of skin that I had to fight for full retraction is tight, but I can tell it just needs to go through the motions enough time to be successfully stretched. The way it is now, while I can see my full head again (last properly seen November X, 2023) , it's too tight for any type of evacuation to complete properly.I'll update again as I continue to use this product and stretch/retract everyday. I have high hopes that full normalcy or close to it will be achieved within about one more week. I can hardly believe that I suffered for over a year and was considering surgery, this is working! Even if it takes longer than a week, I've been brought to a stage where I can consistently stretch the problem area now! Truth be told, most of my area was healed/in good shape after about 4-5 days of using this product. I thought that I had plateaud, but I was probably capable of doing the stretching that I can do now back on day 5. It's tough to cover again, but it's doable. It'll be nice if I can get this back to normal by Valentine's Day and have the confidence & ability that I've been missing for over a year.February 4th Edit: Full retraction achieved. First time I've seen the full head since 2023. Unfortunately, the recessed skin still a bit tight. It's a part that I haven't been able to stretch or get at until now. It stops evacuations from the plumbing despite everything being free. I'm going to keep using the cream and completely freeing the head multiple times per day. I expect this to loosen things up enough over time to return full functionally with full retraction eventually.February 21st: Full retraction while flaccid no longer has any pain associated with the process and the hard ring of inflamed skin is mostly gone now. Full retraction while erect isn't possible yet, but if I'm already retracted I can become erect. Everything works while in that way, but the skin is still tight. It's noticeably nowhere near as tight as the last update while erect, but it's enough to induce some pain if you try to use it. At the very least I'm no longer afraid of paraphimosis occurring and the tubes are no longer blocked from use while retracted. Cleaning and using this product to stay moisturized enough for multiple retractions per day and the core things I'm attributing this to. I don't have to do retractions immediately after moisturizing now, I can wait hours or even a full day before doing so. I'm hoping that my next update will let me confirm that I'm fully healed now.March 11th: On this day I achieved full, prolonged retraction while erect. There was no pain, no fear of circulation being cut off while in this state and full evacuations of every type were possible. I still had tough, inflamed skin that made my head look sort of like a bobblehead.March 17th: I thought that I could keep going without using this cream to fight inflammation. Two things happened that set me back very badly. I stopped using this cream and I stopped general moisturizing because I thought that the skin was mostly healed and didn't need to continue to be excessively moisturized. That was wrong, it started to mildly dry up again. The next item is what made it so much worse. I'm also diabetic, so any time I'm over 180 for my sugar I have a real danger of being incontinent with my fluids while sleeping. That's what happened right before this. Despite waking up wet, it made things in the problem area super dry. I have ripped open tears that hurt like hell again and since my sugar is showing me well over 220 right now it's going to take longer than normal for me to heal down there. I'm going to stop raising my blood sugar and get back into my routine to start my healing again. I probably could have gotten away with things if I wasn't diabetic, but I am so I guess that I have to be stringent in every factor of my care. I'll update when I'm capable of retracting without pain again.April 12th: Full retraction achieved again. Nice bonus, the very hard and inflamed skin that appeared previously is near completely soft and feels like regular area skin again. So I'm guessing it was still getting a benefit since even when I applied product on the outside it was always applied on the inside as well.It's still tight beneath the head, but I'm guessing that will start to get soft since the inflammation is practically gone.

Good and fast

this is what my packaging came like and it says on the label “Do not use if The packaging seems tampered.” I am also unable to return the product, waste of 30 bucks. DONT BUY

I had tried several other product before this and had little luck. After a week of using this product, I am amazed as to how well it works.

It's almost like magic cream. I had tried so many other products and am still going through the issue after so much. i found this cream, and right on contact, i felt relieved and painless. This cream said it worked well about 7 days for me. i was on it for 3 days, and that's all i need it. Years of suffering were solved in 3 days, thank you.

I guess it is not effective for everyone
