Iridamo is a DOC blend made of 2 single estate coffees, with a sweet, slightly acid taste and a delicate body, combines the special aromas of two types of Arabica coffee: El Hato Blue from Guatemala with fresh and flowery perfumes and a balanced acidity, and the Yrgalem selection of Sidamo from Ethiopia, where an intense citrus flavour stands out. The El Hato Blue estate belongs to the Rush family and is located in the area of Fraijanes. The coffee cultivated in this estate has been classified as SHB (strictly hard bean), that is the most selective classification of Guatemala. This coffee stands out thanks to the great balance between aromatic intensity and limited acidity.
