Can this be used outdoors? Is it weather resistant? Seen people saying it snapped for outdoors

We've had it outside the entire time since delivery, but I can't in good faith tell you how long it will remain in good condition given that it hasn't seen a single minute of human use (it's for one of our pets, and it has seen a LOT of climbing; she tried chewing on it when she was still under a year old but gave up as she couldn't get her mouth around it).

The length of the rope including the loop is 11 feet.

Would this work good for pulling weights ?

Yes. No different the using it for climbing. I’m 200lbs and I’m sure it can hold 500 no problem.

The rope is described more than once as sisal, yet the material description says hemp. Which material is it?

I'm not 100 percent sure but, by light color and smell it's sisal rope on my climbing rope ......
