This fits perfectly and works perfectly for my CPAP mask. The price is so much cheaper on Amazon than anywhere else. It came fast, too. It is a very sturdy, and the connection seals wonderfully.

Does it fit as a direct replacement and is it usable? Yes, "kind of". READ THIS BEFORE BUYING:1) It is not an exact replacement for your original elbow as these swivel right and left, but DO NOT articulate inward and outward like the originals do. What this means is, that if you tip your head down or up, this elbow will NOT give at all. It remains FIXED at the same angle and the weight of your hose pulls downward awkwardly causing the seal around your mask to lift from your face.2) They're LOUD. Although they do inform you of this in the included instructions, they don't tell you this in the product description above. This is important, as this elbow uses a completely different sound-filtering device in the ring to muffle the exhaling and escaping air causing your CPAP use to be SIGNIFICANTLY louder. Trust me, your significant other will immediately inform you of this as they head for the couch to sleep as far from you as possible because you're CPAP is now significantly loud.3) Does it FIT properly as a direct replacement? Yes, kind of. It's usable, yes.4) Does it physically pass air and keep you alive at night? Yes. If you live alone, and the extra noise won't be alarming anyone in the room with you, then you'll probably be OK.You've been warned.

Equipment arrived on time and it was the correct equipment

This non-original part replacement is economical. It’s fit and function appear to conform identically to the ResMed. However, I find that I go through a full tank of water in my humidifier tank and sometimes even run out in less than eight hours sleep. I thought this first might be an adjustment to my CPAP machine itself or weather related. But I have found overtime it is this elbow specifically. When I go back to the actual RedMed factory part, it works flawlessly and I do not go through a full tank of humidifier water. It’s not that this elbow leaks. In fact I cannot even hear a difference, but somehow it allows more air transfer drying out the water reservoir. If you’re sensitive to this like I am, this could be a real issue for you.

I was so blessed to have purchased this amazing product! I had forgotten to bring mine while on vacation, because I had changed my tubing but forgot to detach my connector elbow from the old tubing. I called my Cpap machine company and my Cpap equipment provider, but they said they recommend ordering through Amazon for the quickest replacement! Amazon really saved my life by having this product delivered overnight! The product was absolutely amazing and well constructed. I finally can get some good rest now that the connector has been able to get the job done with a perfect fit as a replacement! Thank God for all the heroes that helped this valuable product find its way to me!
