Purchased and Not working
Purchased The Laptop from outside looks fine but it was not working at all There are 2 dead pixels on LCD. 2ndly windows is not logging in and giving error and restarted many times but same feels like SSD or RAM has some issue

Very good performance. Only one small marks on the laptop top cover. Its very neat.

Not impressive
I purchased the laptop and had it shipped to Kenya, but its condition is disappointing. Part of the top section of the screen appears to be popping out, and the overall physical condition is not great. The skin was not applied carefully, making it look untidy. Returning it back seems costly on my end!

Not charging,it's dead
It's not charging, How can I use this thing without charging

Found Battery totally dead and after update system is not booting
When open the laptop, it was woring, but battery was not charging found totally dead. In the begning, as per procedure update the windows and we did multiple re-start. Finally after completing the update when we shutdown the laptop it was not turn on again,
