Very nice supplement and seeing results
First I will tell you the first thing I look for. These are nice, regular veggie capsule. Nothing huge. Easy to take. No odor or taste. That’s what I look at first.I’m still in my first month but I am seeing a noticeable difference in my hair. While I don’t have problems with hair loss, I am noticing less in the drain after a shower (sorry to be gross) - but I can see a difference. I have weak nails - which the real issue for me and the new growth seems healthier. I was skeptical but I’m actually rather impressed!

I would recommend this product because it has a potent amount of biotin and very few inactive ingredients! I have thin hair with male pattern baldness and need a good supplement to help prevent more hair loss, not to mention the other benefits of biotin for skin and nails. Its also a vegetable source capsule for those who don't want to take gelatin.

Weak nails try this product!
This product has helped with my nails. I was suffering recently with nails that were getting weak and cracked. It was recommended to take biotin as a way to help this. I have had good experiences with the Biotin brand before and was given a bottle to try from a friend. This product has helped to strengthen my nails. Great Product
I purchased this product solely to improve the health of my nails, which tend to be somewhat rough with some ridging at times. After only one week, I can definitely see a marked improvement at the base of the nail. They are growing in much smoother which is pretty cool to see. If you tend to neglect a healthy diet (along with the majority of the population!), I would highly recommend this product. What we put in our bodies matters...Biotin is the real deal.
