Very easy to use item that can be 1 or 6 leads. It's informative and analyses AFib, arrhythmias, PVCs, ST Depressions, and of course No Abnormalities. Lightweight with a long battery life. It's a great meter.

The media could not be loaded. Excellent product, easy to use, accurate and no hidden fees. No need to subscribe to access all of its features unlike the Kardiamobile 6l which only allows you 3 leads if you don't pay a monthly fee. The Emay 6L ekg device interprets the result and comes with a guide to help you understand and interpret the results if you have questions. It allows you to print a report and share it with your doctor. It is user friendly and can connect to both your computer and cell phone for your convenience. Plus you can add multiple users so all of your loved ones can benefit. All of that for the price is a great value. If you have existing conditions or suspect any conditions such as arrhythmias, atrial fibrillation, bradycardia, and tachycardia this little device will give you peace of mind.

The EMAY 6L mobile ECG was very easy to set up; it was already fully charged when it arrived and was ready to go to work. It was surprisingly easy to use and found all the electrical signals it needed for the six channels to start recording after only a couple of seconds. It paired to my Android phone bluetooth with no problem, although if you have no immediate need to print a copy of the ECG graph or send it your doctor, you don't have use your phone at all, and there is no subscription required. It has a very readable screen on the front of the device, unlike some of the competitors for which you have to use your phone to view the graphics. In addition to the 6 channel monitoring, it gives information on your heart rate. It also will provide just a single channel reading by placing left and right hand thumbs on the front sensors, which gives just the basic ECG graphic without the additional details. To activate the 6 channels, just place the device on the LEFT knee or ankle so that the sensor on the back of the device makes direct contact with the skin. In addition to providing the ECG graphics, it does, in real time, provide an analysis of the results and will report if there are any abnormalities. Fortunately, so far, all my tests have reported "no abnormalities", but I thought I would test what happens if I do something to confuse it, and it immediately reported that there was an abnormality. The device seems well made and sturdy, is comfortable to hold and make contact with all the sensors, and is a good size to carry with you on a daily basis or when traveling. Unfortunately, it does not come with a carrying case, which would be handy if you wish to take it with you outside the home environment. (A separate case is available though for sale) Lastly, customer service was exceptional; shortly after I received the product, they contacted me via email to check that I had received it and to see that everything was working properly and asked if I had any questions about using it. I was impressed by that level of customer support! All in all, I highly recommend the device to do what it is designed for, and I recommend the seller for their excellent customer care.
