Kraft Easy Mac Original Flavor Macaroni and Cheese (10 Microwavable Cups)

This package of 10 2.05 ounce cups of Mac & Cheese is great! One cup is 220 calories, total carbs 40g so yes typical Mac & Cheese tasty benefits. But if you love Mac & Cheese these are worth trying & ••1 cup controls your portion size•• These are for the microwave only. Tastes great! Very easy & convenient to make. The directions call for 3-1/2 minutes in the microwave but I’ve found it’s too much & water is dispersed so I put one cup in for 3 minutes & it thoroughly cooks the noodles. Place the cup on a paper plate or paper towel or you will have water to clean up on your microwave plate. The directions are on the side of the cup & for convenience I included pictures of the cup. The portion size is nice for a snack or as a side dish. My Son will have one when he gets home from school often or as a side with dinner instead of making an entire box. Once the cheese packet goes in I thoroughly stir it. I think it’s key. Heads up! These will be EXTREMELY HOT coming out of the microwave! I have this item on my subscribe & save list which gives me additional savings & order conveniently when needed. The price is unbeatable! Definitely recommend!

First, I am just cooking for myself. THIS is one of the only really processed food items I get, BUT I add about a cup of mixed vegetables and a small packet of tuna, and it's RELATIVELY not so unhealthy. If you really want to make it healthier, you can always get cups like this by a company like Annie's._____________________________________________________________________PROS:LESS FAT AND CALS - than the DELUXE cup - I am watching fat and cals and this is lower, especially in fatTASTE - Hey, it's the KRAFT I've been eating for years in the blue box :-) Good tasteCOST - GREAT price for what it isCONS:TEXTURE - Nope, not as creamy but that doesn't bother mePORTION - SLIGHTLY smaller, but not really noticeable. This is 2.05 and I believe the Creamy Deluxe one is 2.38BUT EITHER are not really a meal or even a snack. ONCE COOKED, it takes up about 1/2 the cup. BUT I mix in a packet of light tuna in water and THAT makes it a meal for me.

These are super easy for my son to heat up for a quick snack.

Arrived 01/12/21 fresh and undamaged with best by date 06/07/21 (on case and printed on bottom of each cup.)Sure you can make this with water as directed, maybe even add a slice of butter before heating and it will turn out fine. However, it is so much better and more flavorful if you use apple juice instead of water. Even better, if you have a container of dried beef chips: crumble up a few dried beef chips into the cup as well before heating it up (The beef chips soften while heating.) While its not quite as good as stove top mac and cheese with Applewood Bacon pieces in it, it is still quick and easy while adding a bit more heartiness and flavor.

Classic, original Kraft mac'n'cheese with lots of that cheesy flavor. They are easy to use if you follow theinstructions. My only complaint is this is a plastic tub. I've eliminated all plastic from my kitchen and don'tlike cooking anything in it. I don't know why this couldn't be packed in paper cups and eliminate that healthhazard. I'm going to remove it from these tubs and prepare it in a glass bowl-- that makes it a little less convenient.If you don't mind cooking in plastic they're great as-is--otherwise you need a work-around. But the price isgood and having single servings you can prepare in the microwave quickly is nice to have on hand.

I am really shocked by a lot of these reviews that are giving negative feedback on these Mac and cheese cups because this is a staple in our house with 3 kiddos. Their flavorful and delicious as long as you don't add too much water which the fill line inside the cup tells how much to add..and then you cook in microwave for 3 1/2 minutes and add the little packet of powdered cheese...my kids add shredded cheese as well and pepper and it taste just like a regular box of Mac n cheese. I order 3 of these at a time off of here because this is such a great deal. These are $4.49 in the store for a 4 pack unless on sale so $7.49 for a 10 pack in a steal.

These mac and cheese cups are handy and yummy...but only if you tweak the recipe a bit. Here's what I do: I got mine back in April, 2015 and just followed the directions for awhile, but I found the cheese sauce too skimpy and not flavorful enough, so I now use milk instead of water...up to the fill line in the cup. Drop in two little squares of extra sharp (or sharp) cheddar cheese (you can buy a rectangle of fresh cheddar cheese at your local grocery store that has already been nicely cut into little separate slices) into the cup with the milk. Heat in the microwave, but keep an eye on it so that you can rescue it before the milk boils over. Take it out, pour the cheese powder in and stir until the cheese slices are melted into the mixture and the powder is also smoothly blended in. It's amazing how it magically (well...magically to me) becomes a lovely thick, saucy, creamy, cheesy- as-can-be snack of perfect mac' and cheese. Enjoy.

The only con I have is it was raining by me, and this was left on the porch long enough to get pretty wet, but I am letting it dry completely before I open any containers. Otherwise, I cannot believe the awesome deal I got on this, for an add on. I only paid $3.96 per case of 10 each. The price has since gone up just over $7.00, which is still a great deal for the size and quantity you get.Once I noticed one of my containers dry enough to use, I quickly grabbed it and tried it out. It's super fresh, and tastes great, as usual. Kraft makes the BEST Mac & Cheese ever! I would definitely recommend this to anyone, and I will continue to purchase this through Amazon because they have the cheapest prices for this product.Thanks, Amazon, for the awesome add on special!
