Cheaper, but provides the strength recommended by my Orthopedic specialist.
Cheaper than Move Free brand, and MSM free. MSM causes stomach/intestinal issues, so I avoid that.

Large size of the tablets
It's inconvenient that the stated dosage is in three tablets instead of one. The tablet size is awkward to swallow. If you need to take other vitamins, you end up with a huge pile of pills, like a second meal. It would be more convenient if the tablets were smaller in shape and size.
