The CAMLOCKBOX Security Boxes help protect your trail camera from the elements, theft and damage by animals. They are very high-quality boxes made from heavy 16-gauge steel. They can be lagbolted, belted, or bungeed to trees and it has plenty of clearance for large headed bolts. The boxes are fully compatible with 5/16 python cable locks. They work great on public land with a python cable where you cannot deface trees. The Camlockbox box are lockable with ordinary padlocks as well for added security. Holes cut in the box allow for external power hookup to your Trail Camera. Once the box is secured to the tree the camera can be taken in or out without any re-positioning.Snug camera fit allows camera removal and installation with the camera pointing back to the original spot.

Bear-proof so far
There are some curious young black bears that frequently investigate the box. The camera videos it all, so I know they paw it, try to bite it and push it around, but they haven't done anything to the box or, importantly, the camera inside, that would indicate they'd been there. That seems to me what's most important, but I can also say that it's been outside for over a year and there's no rust and that it fits together perfectly. It's a pretty simple thing, but still it could have been done wrong and it wasn't.

Secure. Possible signal problems.
Case provides signifigant security over strapping a camera to a tree. I had some issues transmitting or sending signals so I used a cell booster. That being said, the signal problems could be due to my location or even the camera.Please note that you need to buy a tilt piece to manipulate the camera into different angles and a python-type lock to secure the case.

Fits like a glove
Sturdy construction, fits like a glove. Must get mounting screws and a cable lock. Worth protecting the investment in a game cam.

Excellent security case!
This box fits our camera perfectly! It has kept our camera safe in the woods for a couple of months. The quality is excellent and doesnt seem to be diminishing with exposure to the elements!

Outstanding heavy steel outdoor security box
Solid security box; heavy gauge steel; very well made. Perfect fit for the Bushnell wireless trail cam. Easy install using supplied webbing strap to hold box in place to tree while attaching with lag screws though back of box. Has necessary ports for Bushnell solar charging connector.Security cable locks box and camera to tree (see photo) but padlock is simpler to use. I ended up just using an all weather padlock.

Use for a safe box in the bear woods. We have others. They work beautifully. Would recommend other to purchase if they have the proper game camera.
