Bandai Official Gashapon Machine Tray (Tentative)

Small toy-like gashapon machine that uses 2” gacha/prize balls. The machine holds a surprisingly large amount of balls, at least 12, and comes with 4 small plastic coins. The build quality is nice, and feels well made for a toy. Though only coming with 4 coins, this hasn’t been an issue as I’ve been able to use most Japanese coins, and the US nickel. The US quarter doesn’t work as it’s a little too large for the coin slot. On occasion, a heavier prize ball may cause a block in the stack, where a ball may not fall into the dispersing slot, but a quick shake helps. Finally, sometimes the turn knob doesn’t catch/doesn’t engage the turning mechanism inside the machine. I found that turning the knob forward until back to the original position and reattempting with a new coin will reset it. Fun machine with lots of applications. I’ve already made back the initial cost of the machine!

Got this and it’s super cute and awesome! I have a gacha addiction so this definitely helped lol. Really unique and stands out in your room or anywhere u put it! The only thing that I’d want to change is the capsule size for this. The gashapon capsules are pretty small and can’t fit much except for a normal tiny keychain or piece of candy. Overall, I’d definitely recommend!! :D

These actually work as intended, but do be careful of the size of the capsules that troy, using, if they are too small, they can and will get jammed, but the 1.26 and 2.4 actually do fit. Also, this is not as big as the standard gashapon, so you cannot put a full size capsule. And there it will not work, it will not spin but the sizes that I put above those actually do fit, those do work. We use them for anime conventions and these work as intended, the most wonderful thing about them is they are stackable. And I have 4 of these And they stacked beautifully

I bought this for my local anime club. It's a lot of fun to use as a chore wheel for those needing something fun to get started.

*IF YOU'RE HAVING A DIAL ISSUE- READ THIS!* It arrived and i immediatly went to turn the dial to no avail. It was concerning since I'd seens reviews of the same issue and was afraid I'd have to return. Through some trial and error I figured out that the coin has to sit WITHIN the slot as you turn it for the dial to properly move, then once the coin passes through it stops turning. For anyone who's expecting the coin to drop right in and have it turn easily, that's apparently not how this machine works. For now it's working fine and is exactly what I was looking for.

Yes! This is exactly what I wanted. We go to Japan evey year to visit family and always visit the gacha gacha machines. This is the same thing, just smaller and cuter. Printed out a picture to cover the red one it comes with to customize it for my daughter's 16th birthday and her gifts. Seh got to keep the gacha gacha machine too which she loved.

Item came in perfectly packed. It comes with 6 gashapon balls that you can pack with prizes of your choice. It also comes with about 5 play yen coins that you can use to get the gashapons out of the machine. Please note the machine will also take real coins. It's really a well made item and an official bandai product. I also love that the paper insert can be changed--you can print out pictures for any occasion to make it mirror what the prizes are inside or for holidays, etc. This thing is a blast and is just like the machines in Japan. LOVE THIS ITEM!

Didn't know it doesn't fit the bigger capsule before I pull the trigger to buy it ... kind of disappointed. It will only fit small toy which limited what i can put in it :( Though the build quality is great! it feel satisfied to put in coins and turns it. random sidenote , us quarter will fit coin hole too

Perfect little machine to take to markets and Artist Alley. It was easy to operate and customers loved the surprise tiny pottery pieces I put in them.

It was exactly the product as shown in the photo and description. No assembly needed, besides the three plastic tokens that had to be snipped out of their original runners; which I wished there were more of (in case I lost all three tokens haha). The capsules aren't large so you probably won't be able to store things bigger than a mini-keychain within.

La verdad me dió mucha desconfianza al principio porque tenía un gran costo 2500 pesos mexicanos y finalmente llego en perfecto estado y solo pague 300 pesos a la hora de que me lo entregaron por aduanas, todo era nuevo, incluso los coins estaban aún en su placa sin despegar nuevo nuevo, lo único que no me gustó es que la caja literalmente como se ve en la foto la enviaron sin ninguna protección fácilmente si se tratara de un producto caro o codiciado como una computadora o una consola podrian robarla sin contar que llego con muchísimos golpes afortunadamente la maqyina no sufrio algun rotura pero le doy 5 estrellas porque además de eso está perfecto

We use this ball machine as a potty reward system for our daughter. We good to Japan every year and this just help recreate the magic of going back. Works perfectly.
