They Do Alright
I read a lot of reviews and was pretty excited about these. I wanted to try and eliminate the chemically bonded cooking surfaces and opt for something healthier long term. Ergo the stainless steel baking pans.The pans are nice. They do need to be cleaned with a soft cloth. NOT a scotchbrite pad. I made a mistake and it scratched easily. Not taking that from the pan. Not its fault.The reason I can’t do 5 stars is because these things twist in the oven. It’s happening a lot which is kind of annoying. I tried to help it by letting the pan sit in the over during the warm up. Seems to help from time to time. Overall, not bad for the price and I do use them a lot. Added bonus that they come I with the racks. I bake my bacon all the time and they work fine.
