These are Glow in the Dark Stones. They come in a variety of colors we currently sell in: Green: BLUE: AQUA: PURPLE: YELLOW: ORANGE: TANGERINE that glows there matching color. Also sold in WHITE / OFF WHITE and glows GREEN: AQUA: BLUE as well as ASSORTED multi color packs.Glow in the Dark Glo Stones need to be charged before they will glow when the lights are turned completely off. Outdoors they will glow, however ambient light, street lights, moon light can diminish the visual glow. These GloStones are not designed as a light source and only give off ambient light. They are made from Glow in the Dark pigments and Acrylic Resin.
