SchollGel Activ Open Shoes Insoles One Size Fits All

Recently got back into gym & treadmill and got blisters as a result. Am using gel blister plasters but still had to walk on them and were still painful even in different comfy shoes. Bought these to try in my normal stretchy Skechers soft shoes. Firstly, they don’t cover the whole foot - they’re shaped to be cut away at the side of the arch/instep and inky cover the foot where it touches the sole of the shoe - not a problem. Second, I’m a size 5 and these fitted into my shoes pretty loosely - no trimming needed at all. On first few mins of walking on them proved comfy and my feet were less painful. However, my Skechers are a very soft, soft bendy shoe and after walking for about 5 mins, the insoles started to slide to the side rather than stay underfoot so I had to stop regularly and knock them back into place again. Maybe with a hard sided shoe this wouldn’t happen. Have yet to try. But as bought specifically for my Skechers, I’m slightly disappointed they didn’t stay exactly in place underfoot and may replace them so I’m not constantly adjusting them whilst wearing. Will try out in my gym trainers first and maybe try a more adhesive type ones in my soft shoes.

Okay I'm a UK7 (slim fitting shoe, not wide fit) and I understand that the insoles are meant to fit heel to ball of foot, not to the toe but they're tiny. And really uncomfortable. Because your toes hang off the front of the insoles its really irritating and quite honestly a waste of £4. Stupidly I ignored the other reviews saying that they're no good. Don't do that, save yourself the time and but the proper ones first time around.

I am size 6.5 and the insoles are definitely not fit for all sizes. When they arrived I thought I ordered a kids size by error but not, they suppose to be one size. I had to cut them in half and it's causing me discomfort when walking. They are soft and comfy but don't fit if you are over size 4.

I wanted to create a comfy insole in a new pair of summer sandals, which had a small heel and a flat insole. Knew I’d be wearing them all day (bare feet) for a wedding. These gel insoles did the job perfectly. Discreet, provided just enough cushioning that I was spared that horrible ‘burning’ which can happen with plain flat soles. Highly recommended.

I used these insoles for a high heels sandals and I must say that they were great. You couldn't see them while wearing them. They were super comfortable. I wore them for hours and they did not move from the position I put them.Totally recommend this product.
