This crochet bag and kit is quite nice! The bag feels sturdy and of quality material. It has a lot of space for yarn as well as exterior pockets for hooks, scissors, etc. It also comes with an arm strap which can be extended pretty big to carry the bag over your shoulder. The kit has a great selection of items. It comes with 2 sets of crochet hooks which could be nice if you want to crochet with someone or just to have the option. It also comes with a nice selection of mini-skeins in many colors great for beginners and experienced crocheters alike! The kit also had scissors, measuring tape, stitch markers, and everything else that is useful for getting started. Overall the bag is functionally great and easy to put everything you need to make your projects. The kit is an added bonus as well!

I’m loving this bag! I love the feeling of the material, and the sage green color I got is very cool. It’s well-made; it speaks to my textile-loving heart. As I start a small crochet shop, I feel like it’ll really help things stay organized and I can take my projects on the go too. I often get the Lily Sugar n Cream cotton yarns in the big cones and this bag is so awesome for being able to feed the yarn through a grommet and not have to fight with the cone! It’ll also be so helpful for projects that have multiple yarn colors active, and will help me dive deeper into colorwork. There is plenty of space. It is indeed a large capacity, while still being a practical size for the mobility aspect it’s designed for. I mean it’s not going to hold your whole stash, so I don’t know how large that other reviewer was wanting the bag to be. But I think it’s perfect. Oh and the extra matching bag is a huge bonus!

I bought this because I often like to travel with crochet projects, and figured this would be great for packing up my yarn and supplies. Unfortunately I have found that my yarn skeins aren't "standard size" so they dont fit into the little pockets like in the product photos. I can still fit 4-5 skeins in there and the grommets on the top allow for feeding the yarn out and working directly from the bag. I can set my bag on the floor and crochet away without having to worry about the yarn getting dirty or stolen by pets. The color is nice and the included zipper pouch for notions is also nice, I just dont know if its going to fit in there with my big skeins.

I think I only have one real complaint for this bag otherwise it's great; most of the pockets are very difficult to get chunky size yarn into so if that's what your working with mostly then this bag may not be for you. This bag has several compartments and the material it's made of is very sturdy (canvas), should last a while. So for the price I would say its pretty good. It also has a convenient strap that can attach multiple ways and if you wanted you could add your own straps to wear as a backpack (a cylindrical one anyway). I'm also curious to see how the rivets that the yarn comes through in the top of the bag hold up they should be fine though.

This bag is very well made out of a nice heavy canvas, in black with red handles and accents, so it looks as good, too. It has good zippers with nice pulls and smooth action, a top that opens completely (like an old-fashioned doctor's bag), grommets for working with yarn and a LOT of storage. I have another (round) yarn bag from this company that I have something like 16 different sizes of yarn skeins in. I bought this one to use for some of my art supplies and this is what I've fit inside: 2 Castle Art's coloring books; 3 watercolor and pen and ink sketch pads of various sizes; a packet of Artist Tiles' Postcards and 2 packets of white/black Artist's Tiles in the 4"x4" size; a complete set of 24 Pentel Energel Kuro pens in a small leather case; the complete set of Castle Art's woodless watercolor pencil set in it's own case; a large set of tortillons, sharpening boards and rubbing sponges/brush pens in a round zippered thick wool case; a 12" ruler; artist's tape for taping down watercolor paper, and a 9"x5"x3" black pencil case with various sharpeners, a craft knife, scissors, Sharpies, Gelly Roll white ink pens, eraser guards, pencil handles and point covers, and a full package of 100 cotton rounds (don't know why these are in here, but they fit, too!). This is just in the main body of the bag, not crowded or tightly packed in and there is still room in the top. I haven't even put anything in any of the interior pockets, much less the outside pockets, including the one that has loops for crochet hooks or pens as well as little pocket for other items. Not sure if knitting needles would fit in this front pocket because I don't knit, but there is so much room the only thing I have to worry about is it being too heavy to pick up when I'm traveling. I don't have any qualms about the weight I put in because this is made of such heavy canvas, that I know it will hold up well. All in all, this is a great backpack for anything you could put inside.

Great roomy knitting bag, to carry projects, yarn, supplies. Has multiple pockets for items and a separate storage bag. Love it for taking on trips, when knitting in the car. The color is a nice bright yellow, and I like the carrying strap and handle.

My husband bought this for me as a surprise and I love it! It's great for keeping my yarn clean and organized when I move to different spots around the house throughout the day. It's also great in the car and taking camping. The only alteration I've made is using a clip to keep the yarn from getting pulled out, falling back in, or getting tangled while I'm not using it. I use a yarn winder to make cakes, from large skeins, that fit inside, I just have to stop myself from making them so thick that they won't fit in the inner pouches, but even when I do that I can still squeeze them in and they work fine. 10/10 I will use this until it turns to dust
