I didn't like the shape at first, but after having it and using it for a while I realize the shape is very important; it keeps the dock from falling off the desk, and it's very sturdy. It also has some kind of anti-slip rubber on the bottom that is probably the best I've seen for any product. It charges my phone pretty quickly, but I usually leave my phone on it all the time because it's a nice mounting spot too. My phone gets a tiny bit warm, but much less than playing a game on it. The extra ports are a really nice extra but they also make cable routing so much easier.

I’m a big fan of Anker products. When it comes to portable chargers and cords Anker has been my go to brand for years. The whole new MagGo line is awesome. However, I wasn’t sure I really needed the multi-purpose MagGo Charging Station because I had a power strip on my desk already. However, this new product is slick looking and practical. It declutters the home desk space with its sleek design and multiple (8) charging options hidden on the backside. The Qi2 15W is fast, but it really just keeps my phone in a secure out of the way spot and keeps my two other Anker mobile USB-C chargers charged up and ready to go. It really is sleek and minimalist.

Love Anker products! This works great for charging things, and can power a laptop and charge multiple devices without issues. Well made and the flat plug is always nice!

Just received yesterday and I’m very happy with this. Magnet is very strong so I feel safe with my phone mounted on there. I love the type 2 ports and usb ports. With the addition options for 3 a/c plugins isn’t needed but it is great to have for a just Incase moment. This is definitely a recommendation for a computer/laptop workstation setup. If I wanted and needed I’d be happy with my Mac mini setup if I needed it for it. This is portable however I’d prefer it to be stationary.All in all this is a great power station easy to use easy to set up. Great at power distribution.

The magnet is strong and charging speeds are good, both through the charging ports for cables and MagSafe.

Item works as advertised!

I replaced an older Lenovo Android clock with this, since I no longer trust Google not to spy on me. This charges my iPhone nicely, and when sideways, it becomes a perfect nightstand alarm clock.

It's OK, it charges the phone.However getting the phone to stick to it is not easy, you have to be very precise in locating the magnets - if you don't get it right the phone just falls off.Mine is by my bed and trying to get the phone back in the charger in the dark is a challenge.It also is not very stable - I have had to velcro mine down or it slides all over and is out of balance when a phone is attached.
