Mis-labeled package (one large towel)
I also received one large towel instead of 4 small ones. The towel is really beautiful, but I was looking for hand towels. It seems like there may be a distribution/packaging issue.

The 4 hand towels that I was suppose to receive ...
The 4 hand towels that I was suppose to receive was actually one large bath towel. Wrong merchandise in the box. Even though the outside of the box said 4 hand towels. I had to return and I’m not sure if I will reorder.
